Cucumber Melon Gimlet with Borage

Yield: 1 drink

3 fresh borage blossoms

1 cucumber sliced thin long ways for garnish

1.5 oz Gin

1 oz Midori

2 oz Lemonade

1 oz Cucumber juice

Lemon wheel for garnish

Ice

Directions:

Chill a martini glass. Roll up cucumber slices so that they will curl inside the glass. Add all ingredients to a shaker. Strain into chilled glass. Put cucumber slices inside drink. Garnish with lemon wheel and borage blossom.
